Clare Sarah is a Flow Coach. There are few in this world that can call themselves that. Clare works from Perth (at the moment) teaching and coaching aspiring leaders - worldwide - to step into their “humanness”. She is part of the Flow Research Collective and is at the forefront of understanding how ‘Flow’ can be used for human growth mindset and development for individuals, businesses and even families.

Clare is part of the executive team at the Flow Research Collective and works closely with founder Steven Kotler. He is a world expert in ‘Flow’ and has recently released a new book “The Future is faster than you think”. This book was launched at the beginning of the Covid era and focusses on how we cope with things changing overnight…how appropriate!
